The Mission
A revolution is underfoot, and we seek to be on the front lines of preserving and propagating the fight to save heirloom Mexican corn. We hope to celebrate the power of corn, prepared in diverse ways with seasonal ingredients where the only constant is the deafening ode to this historic and culturally critical crop. Sin maiz, no hay pais.
